Abstract
Social inclusion is a fundamental right for all, yet individuals with disabilities often face challenges in achieving it. This paper explores the crucial role of social and psychological services in overcoming these social challenges. Peer support programs, interventions to promote social skills development, and fostering positive peer relationships are examined as key tools employed by social workers and psychologists. The research highlights the positive impact of these services on the mental and emotional well-being of individuals with disabilities, ultimately empowering them to participate actively in their communities and live fulfilling lives.
